Tandem Press Brake is a special device that connects two bending machines together through a synchronous control system, which is synchronized by a CNC (computer numerical control) system, making the processing of long pieces more convenient and efficient.

Flexibility: Tandem Press Brake’s CNC hydraulic brake can be operated independently or synchronously for high flexibility.
Synchronous control: The two machines work in coordination through a shared control system, which is especially suitable for processing extremely long sheets of metal (such as 12 meters or longer).

Shaft number selection: The standard configuration of the brake machine is 2-axis post-gauge system. For complex shaped workpieces, 3-axis or 4-axis post-gauge system and the corresponding mold can be selected.
High precision: The bending machine adopts full closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo control technology, and the position of the slider is fed back to the CNC system through the bilateral grating, and the CNC system adjusts the opening size of the synchronous valve according to the feedback signal to control the number of oil tanks, ensuring that the slider Y1 and Y2 run at the same frequency to maintain the parallel state of the workbench. In addition, the CNC system can automatically adjust the deflection compensation of the table according to the state of the sheet metal on the stamping brake to ensure that the Angle and length of each workpiece is uniform.
