Description

The fully enclosed double switch fiber laser cutting machine is equipped with an industrial welded structure body, which is roughed after high temperature annealing and finished after secondary vibration aging treatment. Its advantages include:

Stable and Solid Bed

The bed is composed of a number of welded rectangular tubes, with internal reinforcement, and through 600℃ high temperature annealing to remove stress, improve the ductility, compressive strength and hardness of the bed, to ensure the rigidity and stability of the machine tool high-speed movement, reduce thermal shock.

Transmission System

The machine uses a combination of German ROR rack and Taiwanese HIWIN linear guide rail for more durability, in addition to high quality helical rack and pinion to ensure high precision.
