Description

The tube laser cutting machine is a high-precision, high-efficiency equipment designed for tube processing. It can easily cut various shapes of tubes such as round tubes, square tubes, and oval tubes. It is suitable for various metal materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and alloys, copper and alloys.
It achieves burr-free cutting, high cutting accuracy, small thermal impact, almost no deformation, and no oxidation on the cross section. It is particularly suitable for batch processing needs of tubes. The material is lossless and deformed during the cutting process, truly achieving both high efficiency and quality.
The tube laser cutting machine uses RAYCUS, IPG laser, which has a compact structure, small size, low energy consumption, and stable performance. It is equipped with an advanced chuck clamping system to automatically adjust the clamping force to ensure that the thin tube is clamped without damage.
